A little whimsical ACEO for Sunday Sketches. Watercolour pencil and a tab of colour pencils on watercolour paper.
Summer seems to be over, the kids are back in school and we are all down with our first back to school cold.
Hope you all are well and pop by our darling Sohphia's blog and see what the SS artist have thought up this week.
Cheers

Eeps! This is so cute :) A faerie bear? I love it. :)
I instantly thought of Bowpus when I saw this. Do you remember? You were given a soft toy and I couldn't figure whether it was a cat or a dog. You declared it to be Bowpus.
No, I don't remember but I do not doubt naming it that considering how I named all my other pets with such imaginative names such as Black puss for the black cat :D))
Cute! Endearing ! Wonderful sketch! ~ thanks, Carol (Share the Creative Journey)

Sweet, Sweet , Sweet!
Your little whimsical ATC is very adorable. :) Say, how do you keep your cards from curling? Not sure what you use to paint with. I use watercolours and I struggle with them curling up. Grr.
aw such a sweet little flying bear,
Thank you for your wonderful comments :)
I use watercolour pencil so I guess that is the same as watercolour from a block. When I finish painting them and they dry I cut out the square and glue it to some cardboard/ bristle board. This seems to stop them from curling but will increase the weight a little bit but not enough I think to worry about when posting.
He's very cute - can I get a cuddle do you think?
